Indonesia - 20th April 2015

Asia and Africa Summit 2015

Please be advised that the 60th Asia & Africa Summit will take place from April 19th - 23rd, 2015.

Major areas in the JK2, BG6, KG6, CB6 and KA6 region will be effected and deliveries and pick ups will be delayed. 

Pakistan - 20th April 2015

Chinese Presidential Visit

Please be advised that due to the Chinese President, Xi Jinping's historical visit to Islamabad, pickups and deliveries will be affected as no vehicle movements are allowed on the main roads.

Nepal - 6th April 2015

Strike in several major cities

Please be informed that  a 3 day strike has been called in all major cities of Nepal, between 7th and 9th April, inclusive.  As a consequence both collections and deliveries will be affected throughout the country.

Philippines Public Holiday - Holy Week

The Philippines will observe the Holy Week from April 2nd - 5th

During this period all government, public and private offices, banks, financial and educational institutions will be closed.  Depot and gateway activities will resume normal operations on April 6th. 

India - 1st April 2015

Bad Weather in Jammu & Kashmir

Please be informed that State of Jammu & Kashmir, India is experiencing heavy rain fall and flash floods. most of the area is inaccessible..  Pick-up & Delivery activities and Linehaul movements are affected at the following depots IXJ, SXR & JK1.

Cambodia - 1st November 2012

Discontinued Operations

With effect from 1 November 2012, TNT Express will discontinue its operations in Cambodia. This is the outcome of a review of the market opportunity open to its business in Cambodia based on TNT’s requirements to maintain sustainable operations.

Somalia - 21st May 2012

Service Suspension
Services to Somalia will be suspended effective 4th June due to the prevailing political unrest in the country.

Law and order has rapidly deteriorated over the past couple of weeks and there are frequent breakdowns in communication links.

All consignments picked up until 3rd June and forwarded to Somalia will still be delivered by the old Associate and Proof of Deliveries will be updated accordingly.

Broadcast - Typhoon to Hong Kong / Macau

Severe typhoon Utor is currently affecting Hong Kong and Macau. The Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 8 is to be issued at or before 1:40 a.m. on 14 Aug 2013 (HK local time).

Under the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 8, all the pick-ups and deliveries are suspended. The in/outbound flights/shuttles/ferries are delayed/cancelled, and the on ground handling activities at the airport are obstructed as well. Further information will be broadcasted when weather conditions improve.

For Customer Services, only TNT hot line are operated as usual (since it is located in Guangzhou) but no pick-up and delivery services can be arranged until further notice.  Support and Major/Global Account Helpdesk services are suspended.
